Yep, you read right! I'm gonna be a mommy :) a little over 9 weeks pregnant. Hope in a month I'll get my second ultra sound and be able to find out if it's a girl or boy! Hoping for a girl but as long as it's healthy, that's all that matters!

i've been busy with the holiday season at work and also with going to some SCA events. last friday, we lost our cat Sebastian. he had been sick for about a month and he passed away in our home. i had come home from work that night and we just knew he was dying. we made him as comfortable as we could and let him know we loved him. he had liver failure. it has been a rough month. our dog Sasha misses him, too. now i'm just waiting for a call to pick up his ashes and put him in an urn and when we get our own house, we may bury him in our yard. he's made an impact on our lives and we'll never forget him. missing his cute meows and sillyness...e
